CORE Performance Training
Our CORE Performance Training Class is designed to:
- improve strength and conditioning
- improve speed and flexibility
- decrease injury
- increase muscle/joint strength
- increase agility
- increase core strength
The term "core" is borrowed from the world of human kinetics and refers to the development of the basic muscle group fundamental to success in any sport. These include muscles of the abdomen, hips, lower back and legs. Extensive research has concluded that without strength in these areas, the effectiveness of almost any kind of athletic movement will be limited. Our performance training method is designed to increase overall core-strength, speed, agility and flexibility. With these improvements, our athletes will experience a higher level of performance in their sport and enjoy a lower rate of debilitating injury.
Tutoring:
Fitness Garage offers free tutoring for after school homework upon request.
Membership:
Below are the prices for Fitness Garage trial sessions and monthly membership. Give us the opportunity to show you the special training programs we have to offer at the garage with a $20 trial session.
